Belmont Lake Golf Club is a spectacular 18 hole, David Johnson Golf Design championship North Carolina golf course that underwent a complete renovation in 2014. Our challenging, yet enjoyable course for players of all skill sets and handicaps, was recognized by the North Carolina Golf Panel among the “Top 100 You Can Play” in the state and in the top ten for Golf Course Design in Eastern NC.

Emphasizing strategic play that puts escalating demand on a player as you move from the front to back tees, Belmont Lake Golf Club offers a balance of doglegs both left and right, straight holes, large and small greens, and a wonderful variety of hole lengths. The 18^th fairway runs along the spectacular 80-acre Belmont Lake, and two man-made ponds that heighten the holes challenge. Accommodating all players, of tees on each hole measuring 7,085 yards from the back tees and 4,900 yards from the front.

The beautiful new Belmont Golf Clubhouse completed construction in 2014 and features a full pro shop. Additionally, one on one instruction from on site PGA professional, Tim Wilke is available. Completing the BLP Golf Club experience is the newest edition to the clubhouse, “The Main Course at Belmont” restaurant. Offering indoor and outdoor dining, with a full breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu available seven days a week, the “Main Course” has received the highest praise in its short existence, climbing to the number one ranking among all Rocky Mount restaurants on tripadvisor.com.

Our championship golf course in NC is one that every golfer can enjoy regardless of handicap, and it emphasizes strategic play with the demands on players escalating as you move from the front to the back tees.

The golf course has five sets of tees on each hole, playing 7,085 yards from the back tees and 4,900 yards from the front tees.

There is a balance of dogleg lefts, dogleg rights, straight holes, large greens, small greens, and a wonderful variety of hole lengths. The 18th fairway runs along our beautiful 80-acre Lake, and two man made ponds heighten the challenge.

NEW GOLF CLUBHOUSE & PRO SHOP

The centerpiece for the community is Belmont Lake Golf Club, an 18-hole championship golf course in NC with an 80 acre lake. With a 3,800 square foot Golf Clubhouse with state-of-the-art facilities and an expanded Pro Shop, a Community Clubhouse with indoor and outdoor swimming pools, dining areas and fitness room.

The Golf Clubhouse and the Community Clubhouse were newly designed constructed by Halle in 2014.
